Step Procedure & Parts & Tools
3 factors will most likely cause chemical dispensers to not deliver chemical. 1. Water pressure 2. Mating cap connection to the chemical container 3. Clogged tip. To check this perform the following quick steps:

Remove the cap completely from the container failing to deliver chemical.

When cap is removed, turn on dispenser.

While dispenser is on, place a finger on the underside of the cap to feel if there is proper suction being generated.

If there is suction, this means that the cap is not properly seating on the container and needs to be replaced.

If there is no suction, perform the following steps:

Turn dispenser back to off position and remove clear tube from the black barb on the dispenser.

Using pliers remove the colored tip. Please note when removing, make sure you do not pull or squeeze too hard that the tip becomes misshapen.

Replace the hose on the barb with no tip and turn dispenser on.

You should see immediate flow in the hose out of the dispenser. If so, this means your tips are clogged and need to be replaced.
